Fair question. I’m not some self proclaimed marketing person that read a case study about hotels and decided to sell you services.

I’ve worked hotel front desks. I’ve hosted tours of 20+ pax through the oldest rainforest in the world. I’ve experienced working in tourism companies across The Netherlands, New Zealand and Australia.

I’ve also studied marketing and spent years managing email marketing and CRM for New Balance across 21 countries in Europe. I know how to build systems that turn one-time buyers into repeat customers.

Now, I combine these tourism and marketing skills. I work remotely but have an office in Maastricht when I’m back in the Netherlands. I love visiting properties in person. There’s no substitute for seeing your hotel, meeting your team, and understanding what makes your place so special.
